I like weather. It's predictably unpredictable, and lends itself to pretty colours and pointless visualizations.

The pretty colours on this page are derived from OpenWeatherMap. Can't vouch for the accuracy of the data, but I'm not too bothered as long as it changes. It should update every hour or so, but I wouldn't set your watch by it.
